I am Emma, a registered Nutritional Therapist, specialising in food addiction counselling. Through one-to-one consultations, either in person, or via Zoom, I aim to promote health and wellness through nutrition and lifestyle changes. You won’t find fad diets, or quick fixes here. Instead, a holistic ‘whole body’ approach is taken, focusing on diet, emotional health, medical history, and lifestyle factors, and not just the symptoms of the disease or diagnosis. If you have a current health issue, or would like to prevent any future problems, I can provide support to help you respond to your nutritional and lifestyle needs, and create a plan for long-term success.
Whether you need support with food addiction, emotional eating, weight management, have an ongoing health concern, or simply need a helping hand in moving towards a healthier life, I combine expert knowledge with genuine warmth and understanding.
Using evidence-based science, I adopt a holistic, ‘whole person’ approach to identify and manage the root cause of health issues - I won’t be merely concerned with symptoms. Underlying issues could include hormonal imbalances, compromised gut function, poor detoxification, nutritional deficiencies, environmental stressors, or anxiety.
I offer private consultations, either face-to-face or via Zoom. These will consist of an initial 90-minute consultation, assessing current symptoms, diet, medical history, and lifestyle factors.
By focusing on the individual, a bespoke health plan will be created with nutritional and lifestyle advice, along with supplements and occasional functional testing recommendations.

Eating good food is one of life’s great pleasures, yet we seem to be constantly bombarded with conflicting advice about what is ‘healthy’. In my journal, I try to cut through the noise, and offer calm and inspiring thoughts.
