The initial consultation will last up to 90 minutes. A health questionnaire with a 3-day food diary will be emailed to you at the time of booking and returned to me before we meet.
The aim of our first meeting is to gain a thorough understanding of your health concerns, and determine the root cause of your symptoms. We will discuss your medical history, diet and lifestyle.
Shortly after our meeting, I will email you a personal health plan, with diet recommendations, lifestyle changes, and any supplement or testing recommendations. Occasionally, I may suggest clients seek support from other health professionals.
Follow-up visits are usually booked every 4-6 weeks, to discuss progress , and make tweaks to our plan.
For some clients, two consultations are sufficient. For others, longer-term support may be required.
I will provide regular support via email. I always encourage my clients to communicate with me, with any questions or concerns they have.
Consultations are confidential. I am happy to work with all ages (including children and teenagers), and collaborate with other healthcare professionals when the need arises.
